Our tableside service offers a unique and special charm.

Our steaks are naturally aged and are flambed with brandy and served with your choice of baby red potatoes or herbed wild rice and choice of vegetables or spinach souffle.

Steak Moutarde

The style in which we prepare this steak is brought directly from the Belle Terasse Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this recipe, the filet is covered with a dijon mustard and sour cream after being flambed in brandy.

Steak Diane

This famouse dish originated at a well known resturaunt in Australia. The filet is flambed and then simmered with a sauce of sauted mushrooms, green onions, lingonberries and demi-glace.

Steak Manhattan

If you think that black pepper and steak are a nice pair, you will enjoy this dinner. We prepare our filet mignon, simmered in red wine, flambed in brandy with a fresh black pepper glaze. Very spicy.

Steak Parisian

A sauce of green peppercorns, sour cream and demi-glace coat this steak after it has been flambed with brandy. Wonderful flavor and plenty of spice without the bite of black pepper.

We regretfully cannot offer tableside service in the lounge area. Steaks may take extra time to prepare.
