Our steaks are naturally aged and are flambed with
brandy and served with your choice of baby red potatoes or herbed wild rice and choice of
vegetables or spinach souffle. |
| Steak Moutarde |
The style in which we prepare this steak is brought directly from
the Belle Terasse Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this recipe, the filet is covered
with a dijon mustard and sour cream after being flambed in brandy. |
| Steak Diane |
This famouse dish originated at a well known resturaunt in
Australia. The filet is flambed and then simmered with a sauce of sauted mushrooms,
green onions, lingonberries and demi-glace. |
| Steak Manhattan |
If you think that black pepper and steak are a nice pair, you will
enjoy this dinner. We prepare our filet mignon, simmered in red wine, flambed in brandy
with a fresh black pepper glaze. Very spicy. |
| Steak Parisian |
A sauce of green peppercorns, sour cream and demi-glace coat this
steak after it has been flambed with brandy. Wonderful flavor and plenty of spice
without the bite of black pepper. |
